Fear of Flying
It all started in Feburary 2021, my cousin called me and told me that she wanted to go on a trip for her birthday to Las Vegas for her birthday. The trip would take place during the first week of April. I thought to myself, "Wow, Las Vegas, that's somewhere I would love to go." Then, I thought about the fact that I would have to fly and I had never flown before because of my fear of flying. My anxiety instantly rose to 1000. I knew that a flight to Las Vegas was not short and that if I chose to go that this would be a defining moment for me.
